Without an active subscription you'll be redirected to the plan-picker on next visit and your dashboard goes read-only. Nothing auto-charges — Shopify always confirms the subscription before billing starts. If you do pick a plan, billing runs through your Shopify admin the same way as any other Shopify app.
Yes — upgrade or downgrade at any time from your Legible dashboard or the Apps section of your Shopify admin. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the next billing cycle. You'll never be locked in for a minimum term.
Email us (hamza@trylegible.com) and we'll scope a plan for your catalog size. The Business tier supports up to 50,000 SKUs. SSO and a named point of contact are available on request.
Refunds are handled per Shopify's standard app billing policy. If Legible doesn't deliver value, email hamza@trylegible.com within the first billing period and we'll sort it out. We'd rather you tell us what's wrong than quietly cancel.
No. There are no setup fees, no onboarding fees, and no per-seat charges — the monthly or yearly price is everything. Business-plan merchants also get a direct email line to the founder (hamza@trylegible.com).
Billing runs through Shopify's payment infrastructure in USD. Shopify handles currency conversion for merchants outside the US — the converted amount appears in your Shopify billing statement. We don't handle payments directly.
